Why do silver jewels tarnish?

•  The skin's reaction to contact with silver jewelry.
•  Cleaning products, chlorine, contact with hairspray and perfume, spas and exposure to high humidity such as the bathroom.
•  When you are not wearing your jewelry, to protect it from oxidation, use a small, airtight plastic bag like a Ziploc bag. Oxygen in the air also promotes the oxidation of sterling silver.

Cleaning your silver jewelry naturally

You can use the small cleaning cloth I gave you with your purchase on jewelry with or without a black patina. Alternatively, mix warm water with dish soap (that does not contain ammonia or phosphates). Dip a soft cloth in the soapy water and clean the silver jewelry. After that, rinse the jewelry with plain water, then dry and polish it with a clean cloth.

Cultured pearls are natural pearls. Their colors and shapes vary. The pearl pairs were selected based on color, luster, and size.
