Item Return & Refund Policy

​

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns of all items in new condition in their original packaging by mail or the GLI CREATIONS shop in Canada, within 5 days following the arrival date of your order. Returns made outside of this period will be accepted at my discretion. The refund process for an online or in-store order may take 7-20 business days. If you received the item as a gift, you can exchange it for a non-refundable item.

Items shipped internationally are final sale and cannot be returned.

The refund will be made via the payment method used for the purchase. In this case, an exchange or a credit note will be granted.

​

Returned merchandise must be new and unused and must be accompanied by all packaging components. Merchandise returned damaged, used, engraved, altered, or altered in size may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

If the returned merchandise is damaged during transport to the CRÉATIONS GLI workshop-boutique due to insufficient packaging, it may not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges on merchandise on sale are not accepted at the workshop-boutique and / or online. Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot accept returns for:

Pack all items in a cardboard box that you can get at a post office.
All merchandise returned by mail must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. The merchandise can be shipped by the delivery service of your choice to the address mentioned at the top of the invoice. Unidentified returns may be returned to sender.

Return policy for jewelry courses

No jewelry course, regardless of the package you have purchased, is refundable and / or exchangeable for an item or service offered online and at the GLI Creations workshop-boutique.
